ReefSystems produces innovative products to stimulate biodiversity. One of our products is the Modular Sealife System. This is a modular construction system to create artificial reefs that stimulate life in the ocean. Here you can see one of our ongoing projects in Kenya. In July 2021, ReefSystems has been selected out of many startups to test the stability, wave transmission and scouring of the Modular Sealife System in different hydraulic conditions at Deltares! For these research we have set up several research questions. Currently we are looking for a MSc student Hydraulic Engineering / Coastal Engineering to conduct this research at Deltares in the form of an internship/graduation project/MSc thesis.
